Ashgrove Renovation began with a simple brief: create more space for a growing family and capture the views whilst protecting the home from the strong western sun. We designed a contemporary extension that pairs naturally with the original house – extending upper level living for the outlook and creating a new lower level as a dedicated teenager zone with direct access to the yard. The kitchen, dining and deck all open to the view, with landscaping and alfresco spaces completing the picture. The renovation is now underway and due for completion in mid-2026.
