With an opportunity to develop a dual occupancy on this site, we were able to create two unique and equally desirable homes in a quiet street near the lake. Our design uses materials and form to differentiate the dwellings from each other in a way that allows them to sit comfortably together and within the context of the street. The design has also improved the activation of the street through considered layouts that provide flexibility for future residents.
