Homes evolve just as families do. At Kelvin Grove, the brief was to create a downstairs space that could comfortably host extended family today but also become a stand-alone living space as the family’s needs change. It was equally important that the renovation honour the home’s traditional character and be built with as little disturbance as possible.

Our design introduced a flexible, accessible ground-level accommodation with a strong connection to the yard and generous winter sun. Thoughtful and understated, it sits seamlessly alongside the original home and supports the family through changing needs. Construction is scheduled for 2026.
